Chickpea crunch salad is here for all your summer needs! I can't think of a summer meal that this wouldn't go perfectly with. This salad has a little bit of everything in it, tomatoes which just scream summer to me, chickpeas for protein, a simple but flavorful vinaigrette, and cucumbers and radishes for some crunch. Naturally the whole thing is topped with fresh chives and cheese for good measure and a final punch of flavor. We had this salad for a light spring dinner, but I think it ... continue reading...
Blueberry Lemon Bundt Cake
The perfect cake is here just in time for Mother's Day! This blueberry lemon bundt cake is delicious for brunch, dessert, or anytime. Since this pasta uses Italian sausage, all the seasonings are built in! Other than some salt and pepper, you don't need to add anything else. With protein, vegetable, and carbohydrate all coming together in one dish, there's no need for any sides, making this perfect for weeknight meals. ... continue reading...

I've always thought it would be fun to have a Kentucky Derby party, but maybe next year since Kevin will be working this weekend. But that won't stop me from enjoying this mint julep lemonade by myself! I'm currently pregnant with baby #3, which means I ... continue reading...
