One of the reasons that I created this blog is because I wanted cooking from scratch to be attainable for everyone. Let's be honest, we are all busy, and at the end of the day serving up a reasonably healthy dinner can seem impossible. Next week I'll be sharing a blog post about how to make the most of meal planning, but for now just know that you should be picking recipes that you both WANT to make and CAN make in the amount of time you have. For a lot of people, if that meal isn't ... continue reading...
Four-Ingredient Oreo Mint Truffles
Hi everyone!! I'm back to the blog! Juliette is 12 weeks old and I have enjoyed every day of her life thus far. She has been such a wonderful, chill baby and we have all adjusted really well. The boys absolutely love their baby sister, and I have so many "pinch me" moments where I can't believe how lucky I am to have these three beautiful children. But I did manage to test and photograph this perfect cold-fighting chicken noodle soup to get to you as cold and flu season begins! I will say that today is my ... continue reading...

I'm not sure why dressing is a side dish reserved specifically for Thanksgiving, because I could eat it all fall and winter long, but let's take advantage of the holiday and make a huge pan of this leek and mushroom dressing. The cornbread and sausage dressing that I shared last year is my husband's absolute favorite. When I was testing ... continue reading...
