It's cookie week day four! If you missed the first three recipes, I've already posted chocolate caramel snowballs, Christmas cookie bars with M&M candies, and gingerbread oatmeal cream pies. Last year, I made sure to have one no-bake recipe as part of the cookie box, and that recipe for chocolate peppermint truffles is still one of my absolute favorites. I love the chocolate and mint flavor combination, and another flavor combination that I love is chocolate and peanut butter. These ... continue reading...
Gingerbread Oatmeal Cream Pies
Happy cookie week day three! If you missed the first two recipes, you can find the chocolate caramel snowballs and Christmas cookie bars linked here and here. The first two recipes I shared are super easy to whip up since they require no chill time. Growing up, my dad made dozens and dozens of Christmas cookies to gift to neighbors and friends and it's been such a joy to carry on that tradition. Last ... continue reading...

With a big hunk of crusty bread for dipping or served in a bread bowl if you're feeling fancy, this is one soup recipe that you'll want to make again and again. This ... continue reading...
