On weekdays my routine almost always looks the same. I wake up at 5am and head downstairs to our garage gym to work out until about 6am. I always try to be showered and ready for the day by 6:30 am to give me another 30 minutes until the kids wake up. During this time I unload the dishwasher, get the kids breakfast ready, and try to get a few bites of my own breakfast before the kids wake up at 7.
