We love and eat everything that I post on the blog, but one of the recipes that I'm most proud of is my recipe for homemade BBQ sauce. Can you believe that it's almost July?! I've always enjoyed the Fourth of July because it's such a fun and laid-back holiday. Watermelon, Mint, and Feta Salad
I almost feel a little silly sharing this "recipe" because it's more like a non-recipe. Ham and Spinach Mini Quiches
What is it about mini food that is just cuter? In this case, I think their size makes these ham and cheese quiches even more delicious. And possibly even easier! I used pre-made pie crust, and the cook time is significantly cut down. Because they're small, it even makes them freezer-friendly for quick weekday lunches. Crock Pot Italian Beef
The past two weeks have been a bit busy for us. I flew solo with the kids to Chicago, Kevin flew in later, we drove to Indianapolis for a wedding, came back to Chicago, Kevin flies out for a work trip, I fly solo with the kids back to Seattle.
