I love a good burger because it’s so fun to customize different flavors, my whole family loves them, and they’re easy to make. The problem is that I don’t know how to use our outdoor grill and my husband isn’t always home from work in time to fire it up. George Foreman Contact Smokeless Grills are perfect because they are used indoors! They provide all the sizzle without the smoke, and we have very sensitive smoke detectors that this grill doesn’t set off. George Foreman makes indoor grilling fast, easy, and delicious with an appliance that makes cleanup a breeze. Just plug in, preheat, and go! These sundried tomato turkey burgers are done cooking in just 8 minutes. The burgers are made with easy ingredients, and the sundried tomatoes mixed into the burger patties add so much flavor.
To make this easy turkey burger recipe, mix your burger ingredients together in a bowl. Ground turkey, breadcrumbs, an egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder and chopped sundried tomatoes in olive oil. The oil from the sundried tomatoes give the burgers a little extra moisture and flavor and I prefer them to sundried tomatoes that aren’t packed in oil. Since turkey is a leaner protein than beef, adding an egg to the burgers also adds moisture. I love adding some Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs to give these burgers the perfect flavor and texture and also make it easier for the patties to hold their shape while they’re being cooked. To keep this recipe as easy as possible, the George Forman Contact Smokeless Grill is a breeze to clean. Simply pop out the top and bottom grills and the grease tray underneath and your cleanup is done!
