⅔ cup chopped sundried tomatoes packed in olive oil

Instructions
Mix all burger ingredients in a bowl and form into 8 patties
Preheat your George Foreman Contact Smokeless Grill to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Once preheated, place four patties on the grill and cook for 8 minutes.
Remove the burgers from the grill, then add the next four burgers to the grill and cook for 8 minutes.
Spread Dijon mustard on both the top and bottom buns. Place a burger on the bottom bun, then add sundried tomatoes, caramelized onions, and arugula on top. Add the top bun and enjoy!
