I love a good sheet pan meal, but sometimes they just do not turn out. Maybe it’s a sheet pan meal with chicken and potatoes, and the chicken comes out dry and the potatoes are undercooked. A good sheet pan meal, however, is a real household win. Throwing everything on one pan in the oven to cook is genius; it makes weeknight meals simple and delicious with minimal cleanup. This sheet pan maple soy salmon has such a simple marinade, and after 30 quick minutes of marinating time I throw everything in the oven for a delicous meal. My kids are great eaters for breakfast and lunch and eat a lot of food for those meals, but sometimes for dinner they eat pretty light. But they all loved this salmon! My 15 month old even had three helpings. A simple dinner that the whole family loves? Sign me up!
I serve this sheet pan maple soy salmon with green beans and rice. And when I’m feeling extra lazy, I grab one of the packets of instant rice that can go straight into the microwave from my pantry. I buy them from Costco and they have a delicious brown rice and quinoa blend, but I also like the Uncle Ben’s brand rice blend with brown and wild rice. Salmon really is a great protein for a sheet pan meal because it has a shorter cooking time than another protein such as chicken. And since green beans also have a quick cook time to keep them crisp-tender, pairing them together was an easy decision!
You guys loved this sheet pan salmon with creamy dill sauce that I posted last year, and my hope is that you love this version of a sheet pan salmon dinner just as much!

- 1 - 1½ lbs. fresh green beans, ends removed
- 2-3 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, maple syrup, ginger, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a medium bowl, drizzle green beans with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt. Toss to combine.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place salmon on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down. Place green beans around the salmon. Drizzle some of the remaining marinade on the salmon.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately.
- Enjoy!
