Sheet Pan Maple Soy Salmon with Green Beans

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. ground dried ginger
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1½ - 2 lbs. fresh salmon, cut into filets
  • 1 - 1½ lbs. fresh green beans, ends removed
  • 2-3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. garlic salt
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, maple syrup, ginger, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
  2. Place salmon filets in a shallow dish, skin side up, and pour marinade over the salmon. Ensure that it evenly coats the salmon. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. In a medium bowl, drizzle green beans with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt. Toss to combine.
  5. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  6. Place salmon on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down. Place green beans around the salmon. Drizzle some of the remaining marinade on the salmon.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Serve immediately.
