I've been sharing a lot of summery meals lately, but sometimes when that summer storm hits, or you have an unexpectedly chilly day, or you just want something comforting, maybe you reach for a recipe like this cozy instant pot beef stroganoff. I love a good instant pot meal, and I've been sharing a lot lately. The meals that I share on the blog are reflective of how we're currently eating.
