Yesterday was my 33rd birthday! When you have four kids, sometimes a birthday can feel like just another day, but I was lucky enough to have family and friends make me feel very special and loved. Veggie Farro Bowls
I love a good salad for lunch, but when the weather is cooler or I want to switch it up, I'm all about a warm grain bowl. Farro is the perfect grain for a grain bowl like this, because it is hearty and its texture holds up well next to the veggies and cheese. I created this recipe on accident a few weeks ago, and my husband and I quickly agreed that it was one of the best pasta recipes that I had made! What is red pesto?
