Pot roast is such a classic comfort dish, and I remember having a version of this frequently when I was growing up in the Midwest. There's something about pot roast that I think reminds everyone of home, but maybe the version that you had growing up had dry, bland meat We're going to follow a few key steps to make sure that doesn't happen in this recipe, as well as add a few extra seasoning ingredients to punch up the flavor and make this the best slow cooker pot roast recipe you've ever tried. ... continue reading...
Chicken Marsala Meatballs
I should have a series on my blog called "make it a meatball." I love using ground turkey or chicken to make meatballs of different flavors. Why? This recipe for gratin potatoes hits all the marks, we're using both gruyere and ... continue reading...
The Best Cranberry Orange Muffins

Not fluffy enough, no streusel topping, and not enough orange flavor are some of my complaints. I have many recipes here for healthier muffins, like my chocolate chip banana bread turned into muffins and my chocolate sweet potato muffins. But these muffins are bakery-level muffins. They are tall and fluffy with plenty of ... continue reading...
