Here’s the thing about holiday entertaining. You make your desserts the day before, and have your meal planned out to the minute to have everything on the table on time. But what about the appetizers? You want something easy and delicious because you are definitely doing enough work cooking and cleaning before you host a huge gathering. You need a recipe like these cranberry brie bites. They’re just three ingredients, take a few minutes to prep, and 10-15 minutes in the oven. Let’s keep this holiday entertaining as easy as possible!
These are also a great option to bring to a holiday party if you want something easy and impressive. I promise, even if you don’t enjoy cooking, these cranberry brie bites are a breeze to make and everyone will definitely love them. For the cranberry filling, you can use cranberry sauce, cranberry jam, or homemade cranberry hot pepper jam like I do. I know that making cranberry hot pepper jam is an extra step, but it really is delicious. The home-canning process means that the homemade jam will keep for up to two years (although I promise it won’t last that long). It’s a great addition to cheeseboards, which are another perfect easy and crowd-pleasing appetizer.
If you are done with cranberry sauce after Thanksgiving, or just don’t care for cranberries, raspberry jam is also a great option. These easy and delicious cranberry brie bites are perfect for any occasion!
