Cinnamon Crunch Coffee Cake
This cinnamon crunch coffee cake was almost a baking fail. I had this vision of a beautiful coffee cake with streusel topping to share before Mother's Day, and as I watched this cake bake in the oven I knew I'd have to do another test of it.
