Hands down my favorite part of camping is s'mores. I wish we had an outdoor fire pit specifically so we could make s'mores because they are the best. And since Rice Krispie treats are another significantly underrated easy dessert, I decided to put the two desserts together to make Golden Graham s'mores bars. The classic Golden Grahams cereal from your childhood is really the perfect ingredient for these easy, no-bake bars. While I do think these are the perfect treat for a summer BBQ, I'm ... continue reading...
Cauliflower Quinoa Power Bowls
I stocked up on produce two weeks ago unsure if I would be able to go to the grocery story or what would be in stock. Spaghetti Squash Pizza Casserole

They're delicious in a salad, served with lemon orzo pasta and tzatziki sauce, or stuffed into a pita with hummus and greens. No matter how you enjoy ... continue reading...

So I'm throwing myself into planning things to do with my kids at home, and taking it day by day. One activity that I plan to do with my kids is cooking and baking! I know this is stressful for a lot of people and ... continue reading...
