Can you believe that it's already Labor Day weekend? In this weird year that we've been having, time seems to move quickly and slowly at the same time. I certainly hoped we would be in a different place in September and that my oldest would be attending kindergarten in person, but here we are, diving into virtual learning and hoping kids are back in school soon. I hope that I can balance having 4 kids under 6 at home, including a newborn, but the good news is that in a week or two I'll be able ... continue reading...
Blueberry Cardamom Ricotta Bread

S’mores Blondies

This lemon chicken kale pasta has all kinds of summery vibes. I grow kale in my garden and it does really well, but I can also pick up bunches of kale from local farmstands for around $1 a bunch! There's always kale in our refrigerator and I love the texture and color that it gives this pasta dish. I always put a little ... continue reading...

It means that breakfast is easy, I don't need to prepare breakfast for my kids, and maybe I get an extra few minutes to sip my decaf coffee while I enjoy a muffin or slice of homemade banana bread. Since we all love to bake (and eat) muffins, I wanted to create the perfect zucchini muffin recipe while zucchini is in season. If you're growing zucchini this year, you probably have it overflowing from your garden and need ... continue reading...
