Spinach and Turkey Meatballs
Turkey meatballs are a standard in our house. I make them in a curry sauce, in a chicken parmesan meatball bake, and in these spinach and turkey meatballs. I do this for several reasons. First, ground turkey is relatively inexpensive, which means I can make a double batch of this easy meatball recipe and freeze half for later. I love a good festive cocktail, but being pregnant this year I wanted to bring you a recipe that is just as good with or without alcohol.
