Turkey meatballs are a standard in our house. I make them in a curry sauce, in a chicken parmesan meatball bake, and in these spinach and turkey meatballs. I do this for several reasons. I love a good festive cocktail, but being pregnant this year I wanted to bring you a recipe that is just as good with or without alcohol. Sometimes mocktails can be too sweet, but thanks to ginger beer and some more tart fruit juices in this Christmas punch, it's just as delicious whether it has alcohol in it or not.
