For some people, roasting a huge piece of meat is intimating. Kale Caesar Salad with Garlic Bread Croutons
This is the salad for people who say they don't like kale. For a long time, I only enjoyed kale if it was NOT in a salad. I loved and still love it sautéed with a little olive oil, garlic, and salt. I like to chop it up and add it to soups. I didn't think I would enjoy it in salads because it's tougher and more bitter than lettuce.
