How have I not shared a salmon recipe here before? I love the flavor of it and fish is such a quick and easy meal. Thanks to a cast iron skillet and a quick sauce, dinner has never been easier. It’s packed with flavor, and if you don’t already have these ingredients on hand you’ll want to keep them on hand so you can whip up this Thai-glazed salmon anytime you want.
This is also a recipe that you can easily double or triple, and it’s elegant enough to feed your guests. You can make the glaze ahead of time, then just heat it up in your skillet before it’s time for dinner. Since this salmon cooks quickly, you won’t miss out on socializing and cleanup is a breeze.
If you don’t have a cast iron skillet, you can use a large frying pan. You can even make this glaze in a saucepan and drizzle it over salmon before baking, or marinate it and then throw it on the grill. With the flavor punch it packs, you’ll want to enjoy it all the time. And whatever cooking method you prefer will still yield a delicious dinner.
