I love a good festive cocktail, but being pregnant this year I wanted to bring you a recipe that is just as good with or without alcohol. Sometimes mocktails can be too sweet, but thanks to ginger beer and some more tart fruit juices in this Christmas punch, it’s just as delicious whether it has alcohol in it or not. A splash of vodka or champagne would also be delicious in this Christmas mocktail. The recipe makes a whole pitcher, so you can let everyone serve themselves and add alcohol or enjoy as is! Being non-alcoholic also makes it kid-friendly, and it’s so nice to have something festive that everyone can enjoy.
This easy Christmas mocktail makes a whole pitcher and uses just four ingredients: cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, orange juice, and ginger beer. Cranberry juice and pomegranate juice are tart, which keeps this mocktail from not being so sweet. Ginger beer provides a punch of ginger flavor and adds a hint of bitterness to make you feel like you’re enjoying a true mocktail! This easy Christmas punch is one that I plan to make every year since it’s something everyone can enjoy.
Serve this Christmas punch with cranberries and orange slices and let people enjoy it over ice in whatever glasses you want. It’s perfect for Christmas, New Years, or anytime you want something extra festive and fun!
