I just about always have a spaghetti squash in my pantry. The noodles are such a great addition to a lot of dishes, and the fact that they can be a substitute for pasta is a win in my book. So, I'm on a bit of a meatball kick lately. A few weeks ago I shared this recipe for turkey meatball curry, and was craving meatballs of a different flavor. Orange Poppyseed Bread
With having young kids, over the past few years my citrus selection at the grocery store has consisted of clementines and mandarin oranges.
