Happy 4th of July! Are you firing up the grill today? I hope you are! And if you don't have plans for what to cook yet, these chicken kebabs are for you. A few hours of marinating and a few minutes of cooking and you have a delicious dinner ready to go. This recipe was my first collaboration with my husband, Kevin, who is the grill master here in Team Dieterich. We have a Big Green Egg and we both love it. I love to eat what he cooks and he loves to grill. Win win! For this recipe, I made ... continue reading...
Raspberry Breakfast Buns

There's a grocery store near the apartment we had there that sells these amazing dips and whenever we're in Tacoma we stop by to pick up a few. They used ... continue reading...

The homemade dressing is super easy and quick to whip up. I know that traditional caesar dressing calls for anchovy paste, but I left it out and found that the dressing doesn't even need it! Most of the other ingredients for the dressing you may already have on hand, making it even easier to throw together. If anchovy paste is your jam and you ... continue reading...
