Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line 2 rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper.
Wash and dry the asparagus, then trim the tough ends.
Cut the puff pastry into squares. Take a small bundle of asparagus, about 4-5 spears, and wrap in a slice of swiss cheese and then a slice of prosciutto. Then wrap the whole bundle in a square of puff pastry. Place on the baking sheet.
If desired, brush the tops of the puff pastry with a beaten egg. This will give you a shiny, golden top but its completely optional!
Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
