Ingredients
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ½ tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2-3 tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • ½ tsp. cardamom
  • ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and refrigerate overnight.
  2. In the morning, enjoy your overnight oats cold or warmed up. Serve with extra blueberries and maple syrup.
  3. Enjoy!
