Healthy Shamrock Shake

Ingredients
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ¾ cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 4 big handfuls fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp. peppermint extract
  • 3 tbsp. honey
  • 1 cup ice
  • Optional toppings: coconut whipped cream, whipped cream, sprinkles, and/or maraschino cherry
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until very smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
