Brownie Energy Bites

Ingredients
  • 1 cup raw walnut pieces
  • ⅓ cup pepitas
  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp. flaxseed meal
  • 3 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • ½ cup peanut butter
Instructions
  1. Place walnuts, pepitas, oats, chia seeds, flaxseed meal, and cocoa powder in the food processor. Blend until the mixture is well mixed and in very small pieces.
  2. Add honey and peanut butter and blend again until the mixture pulls away from the side of the food processor.
  3. Use your hands to form balls and place in an airtight container.
  4. Store in the refrigerator for a few hours to harden slightly, then enjoy!
