Salted caramel chocolate squares for topping (or more chocolate chips)
Flakey sea salt for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 9 x 13 or 8 x 12 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and line with parchment paper for easy removal.
In a large bowl, whisk together butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until very smooth.
Add in flour, baking powder, and salt and mix to combine.
Add chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham crackers and mix to combine.
Press the batter into your prepared pan. Break up a few salted caramel chocolate squares to gently press into the top, or add more chocolate chips.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. They will still be a little gooey!
Sprinkle with sea salt after removing from the oven. Let cool before removing the blondies from the pan, cutting, and serving.
