Instant Pot Garlic Turmeric Rice

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups white rice
  • 1½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tsp. ground dried turmeric
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
Instructions
  1. Set your instant pot to sauté and melt butter. Add garlic and cook for a few minutes until fragrant. Add rice and cook for a few minutes more to slightly toast it.
  2. Add salt, pepper, turmeric, and vegetable broth and stir to combine.
  3. Set to high pressure for 20 minutes and allow to naturally release for 10 minutes before manually releasing. You can also let it completely naturally release.
  4. Fluff with a fork and serve immediately.
  5. Enjoy!
