Instant Pot Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small yellow onion, chopped
  • 8 oz. mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. ground dried thyme
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 oz. pasta of choice
  • ¾ cup sour cream
Instructions
  1. Set instant pot to sauté and add ground beef. Brown the ground beef, breaking into pieces as it cooks. Add garlic, onion, and mushrooms and cook until tender.
  2. Stir in flour, then add beef broth, salt, pepper, thyme, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.
  3. Add pasta and stir.
  4. Set instant pot to high pressure for 5 minutes. Manually release pressure when it's done cooking, then stir in sour cream.
  5. Taste and add more salt and pepper if desired.
  6. Serve immediately, enjoy!
