The Best Green Smoothie

Serves: 2 large or 4 small smoothies
- 1 heaping cup frozen pineapple
- 1 heaping cup frozen mango
- 1 banana
- 4 big handfuls of spinach
- ¾ cup English cucumber slices (about ⅓ of the cucumber)
- Juice of ½ a lime
- 1 cup strawberry kefir
- 1 cup almond milk
- Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
