Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender.
You can enjoy this cocktail immediately, or transfer to mason jars or freezer safe container and freeze until ready to serve. Keep in mind the drink will expand a bit as it freezes so do not fill completely. Because of the alcohol, this will not freeze solid and will be more like a sorbet texture after some time in the freezer.

*I don't recommend a sparkling rose as you could have a huge mess in your blender and/or freezer!
