S'mores Bars

Ingredients
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 12 oz. marshmallows
  • 6 cups Golden Grahams cereal
  • ½ tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 heaping cup chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and line with parchment paper with some hanging over the edges for easy removal.
  2. In a large pot, melt butter. Reduce heat to low and add marshmallows, stirring to melt. Add =Golden Grahams cereal and stir to combine.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Use a spatula sprayed with nonstick cooking spray (or your hands rubbed with oil), to press the mixture down. Let sit until fully cooled.
  4. Melt coconut oil and chocolate chips. You can use a double boiler or the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring the chocolate after each 30 seconds.
  5. Pour the chocolate over the bars and let sit until the chocolate is hardened. You can also refrigerate them to speed up the process.
  6. Remove the bars from the dish, slice, and serve.
  7. Enjoy!
