Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. If you are making your pie crust from scratch, ensure that you do so according to recipe instructions and refrigerate until ready to use.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, dill, salt, pepper, red onion, and capers.
Add smoked salmon and cream cheese and mix until just combined.
Place the pie crust into a 9 inch baking dish and pour egg mixture into crust.
Bake for 50-60 minutes until center is set. Let cool for at least 20 minutes before slicing and serving.
