Birthday Cake Protein Bites

Ingredients
  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
  • ½ tsp. almond extract
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 3 tbsp. natural peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp. flaxseed meal
  • 2 tbsp. sprinkles + more for topping
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, combine oats, protein powder, almond extract, vanilla extract, honey, peanut butter, and flaxseed meal. Blend until combined.
  2. Transfer mixture to a medium bowl and add sprinkles. Mix to combine.
  3. Roll into balls with your hands and top with additional sprinkles.
  4. Keep protein bites in an air-tight container in the refrigerator. Protein bites will keep for at least a week.
