Serves: 10-12 servings

Ingredients
  • 1¼ cups warm water
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 package yeast
  • 3¾ cups flour
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl or in the bowl of a stand mixer, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minutes to allow the yeast to bloom.
  2. Add flour, olive oil, salt, rosemary, and garlic, knead until smooth.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and set in a warm place to rise for one hour until doubled in size.
  4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Spread the dough using your fingers or a rolling pin until it's about 1 inch thick.
  6. Let dough rise for 30 minutes.
  7. Poke your fingers into the dough. Don't be shy! Poke all the way to the bottom and make sure there are plenty of holes.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges begin to brown. Immediately brush with melted butter while still warm.
  9. Allow to cool and cut into triangles. Top with additional fresh rosemary if desired.
