Oreo Peanut Butter Mousse Pie

Ingredients
Crust
  • 30 Oreos
  • 6 tbsp. melted butter
Filling
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup natural peanut butter
  • 1½ cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1½ cups whipping cream
Instructions
  1. Use a food processor to crush the Oreos into fine crumbs. Transfer to a bowl and mix with melted butter until it has the consistency of wet sand.
  2. Press the filling into a 9 inch springform pan and refrigerate while you make the filling.
  3. Using a stand mixer or a hand mixer with a large bowl, whip the cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla and mix until smooth. Set aside.
  4. Using a stand mixer or a hand mixer, beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
  6. Pour into the prepared crust and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, ideally overnight.
  8. Enjoy!
