S'mores Ice Cream

Ingredients
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 7 oz. container of marshmallow fluff
  • 8 graham crackers, crumbled
  • 4 oz. chocolate of choice, cut into pieces
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together cream, milk, sugar, salt, and marshmallow fluff. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight. Ensure that the bowl of your ice cream maker is frozen and ready to make ice cream.
  2. After the mixture has chilled and the ice cream bowl is frozen, pour into the ice cream bowl and turn on your ice cream maker as directed. Use a spatula to push down the marshmallow fluff. As the ice cream maker works its magic, the fluff will become smoother and blend into the ice cream.
  3. Add graham cracker crumbs and chocolate chunks while the ice cream maker is on and mix until combined.
  4. Pour mixture into a loaf pan and freeze until your desired consistency is reached.
  5. Scoop and enjoy!
