Tropical Carrot Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 2 carrots, peeled, steamed, and cooled
  • 1 heaping cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 heaping cup frozen mango
  • ½ tbsp. dried ground turmeric
  • ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp. honey (optional-leave out if vegan)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup orange juice
Instructions
  1. In a high-speed blender, place carrots, frozen pineapple, mango, turmeric, protein powder, honey (if using), banana, and orange juice.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
