No Knead Whole Wheat Rosemary Bread

Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1½ tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. instant yeast
  • 2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1½ cups warm water
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together both flours, sugar, salt, yeast, and rosemary.
  2. Add warm water and stir until just combined.
  3. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let sit for 12-18 hours. Don't stir it, don't worry about it! Just let it rest.
  4. After the dough has rested, preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Place your Dutch oven in the oven to warm up, about 20-30 minutes. Remove and line the Dutch oven with parchment paper.
  5. Gently remove the dough from the bowl and shape into a circle. You don't want to lose the air pockets that the dough has formed, and you don't want to knead it. Just gently shape and place in the Dutch oven. Bake covered for 30 minutes, then remove the lid and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove from Dutch oven and enjoy!
