Thai Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. minced fresh ginger
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 lb. fresh salmon, cut into fillets
Instructions
  1. Heat sesame oil over medium heat in a cast-iron skillet or large frying pan. Add garlic and ginger and cook for a few minutes until fragrant.
  2. Add soy sauce, fish sauce, rice vinegar, lime zest and juice, and honey and stir to combine.
  3. Add salmon, skin side up, and cook for 5 minutes. Flip and then cook 5-7 minutes until the salmon is opaque and cooked through.
  4. Serve the salmon over rice and drizzle with the glaze.
