Thai Glazed Salmon

Serves: 2-4 servings
- 2 tbsp. sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. minced fresh ginger
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. fish sauce
- 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 lb. fresh salmon, cut into fillets
- Heat sesame oil over medium heat in a cast-iron skillet or large frying pan. Add garlic and ginger and cook for a few minutes until fragrant.
- Add soy sauce, fish sauce, rice vinegar, lime zest and juice, and honey and stir to combine.
- Add salmon, skin side up, and cook for 5 minutes. Flip and then cook 5-7 minutes until the salmon is opaque and cooked through.
- Serve the salmon over rice and drizzle with the glaze.
