Skillet Balsamic Peach Pork Chops

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 5-6 pork chops
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 large ripe peaches
  • ΒΌ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. honey
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place a large oven-safe skillet on stove and heat oil.
  3. Season pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook pork chops in skillet for 4-5 minutes per side until they begin to brown.
  5. Add sliced peaches, balsamic vinegar, and honey to pan.
  6. Bake for 15-25 minutes until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook time will depend on the thickness of your pork chops and whether they are bone-in or boneless.
  7. Let rest for 3-5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
