Cookie Dough Energy Balls

Ingredients
  • 1 c. rolled oats
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup finely shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 3 tbsp. chia seeds
  • ¼ cup flaxseed meal
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter (or any nut butter)
  • ¼ cup honey
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together oats, chocolate chips, coconut, chia seeds, and flaxseed meal.
  2. Add peanut butter and honey and mix again.
  3. Form mixture into balls and place in a covered container. Refrigerate and enjoy anytime!
