Creamy Tomato Basil Dip

- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved, divided
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper, and dried basil. Mix until well combined.
- Add half of the tomatoes and mix until just combined.
- Spready cheese mixture into a baking dish and top with the remaining tomatoes.
- Bake for 15 minutes until bubbling.
- Top with fresh basil and serve, enjoy!
