Ingredients
  • 1 2.5-4 lb. boneless chuck roast
  • 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 16 oz. jar sliced pepperoncini
  • 1 cup beef broth.
Instructions
  1. Place chuck roast in crock pot and add all ingredients on top.
  2. Cook on low for 8-10 hours until it can be shredded with a fork.
  3. Serve on hoagie or Kaiser rolls! Enjoy!
