Serves: 6-10 servings
- 1 2.5-4 lb. boneless chuck roast
- 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 16 oz. jar sliced pepperoncini
- 1 cup beef broth.
- Place chuck roast in crock pot and add all ingredients on top.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours until it can be shredded with a fork.
- Serve on hoagie or Kaiser rolls! Enjoy!
