In a large bowl, mix chickpeas, cucumber, radishes, and cucumber.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper, oregano, and Dijon mustard. Pour over chickpea and vegetable mixture and mix to combine.
Top with chives and feta cheese and toss again to combine.
Serve immediately. If not enjoying within the next few hours, wait to add cheese until serving.
