These buffalo turkey meatballs are such an easy appetizer that everyone will enjoy, served with homemade ranch dip.
Ingredients
Buffalo Turkey Meatballs
  • 1½ lbs. ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • ¾ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¾ cup buffalo sauce, divided
Greek Yogurt Ranch
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1 tsp. dried chives
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • ½ tsp. dried dill
  • Fresh chives or green onion for topping
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, egg, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, breadcrumbs, and ¼ cup of the buffalo sauce.
  3. Bake for 22-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, flipping halfway between cooking.
  4. While the meatballs are baking, make your ranch dip. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayo, yogurt, milk, vinegar, parsley, chives, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and dill.
  5. When the meatballs are done cooking, put them in a bowl and toss with the remaining buffalo sauce.
  6. Serve topped with fresh chives or green onion and the ranch dip on the side.
