Cottage Cheese Chocolate Mousse

This healthy and high-protein dessert is the perfect sweet treat!
Ingredients
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ⅓ cup pure maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream and fresh berries for topping
Instructions
  1. Place the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract into a food processor and blend until very smooth. Use a spatula to scrape down the sides.
  2. Divide the chocolate mousse up into small jars and refrigerate for at least an hour and up to 3-4 days!
  3. Serve topped with whipped cream and fresh berries.
  4. Enjoy!
