This healthy and high-protein dessert is the perfect sweet treat!
Ingredients
2 cups cottage cheese
½ cup cocoa powder
⅓ cup pure maple syrup or honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Whipped cream and fresh berries for topping
Instructions
Place the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract into a food processor and blend until very smooth. Use a spatula to scrape down the sides.
Divide the chocolate mousse up into small jars and refrigerate for at least an hour and up to 3-4 days!
Serve topped with whipped cream and fresh berries.
