In a large pot, heat the olive oil. Add onions, garlic, and carrots and cook for 5 minutes until tender. Add the zucchini and cook for an additional few minutes.
Add the ground turkey, smoked paprika, salt, oregano, and pepper. Brown the turkey, breaking it into pieces as it cooks.
Once the turkey is browned, add the milk, tomato sauce, and broth. Bring to a simmer, stirring every few minutes, and cook until the pasta is tender.
Once the pasta is cooked, stir in the cheese and Greek yogurt until the cheese is melted.
