1½ cups chopped fresh strawberries + more for topping
¾ cup chocolate chips
Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the torn croissants into a baking dish. 9 x 13 will work well, as will any that are slightly smaller or even a round baking dish. As long as the croissants fit into the dish, the dish will work!
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, milk, brown sugar, almond and vanilla extracts, and cinnamon. Pour over the croissants and mix to combine.
Add the strawberries and chocolate chips to the baking dish and mix to combine.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until the center is set. Allow to cool slightly, then top with fresh whipped cream and serve.
